If you experience any problems within the first 6 months, please contact your point of purchase; then you can contact our customer service team for help. When purchasing one of our products, we strongly recommend that you read all product information, including care and use instructions (if applicable). Our brand warranties do not cover damage resulting from; - Normal wear and tear allowed; -Accidental damage; - Neglect or abuse; - Failure to follow our care and use instructions; -Scratches, stains or discoloration; Our warranties cover normal home use only.
